Before work starts
You may cancel with a full refund.

After work starts
If you cancel after work has begun, we retain 50% of the order value to cover time spent (or documented hours if agreed hourly).

After final delivery
Because this is a personalised digital service, refunds are not available after delivery. We provide revisions as per the Terms & Conditions.

Incomplete orders
Unpaid orders or orders lacking necessary materials/brief may be cancelled automatically after 5 days.
